INTRODUCE ME TO YOU AGAIN: BACK TO THE BASICS
INTRODUCE ME TO YOU AGAIN: BACK TO THE BASICS
A place to EMBRACE. A place to DISCOVER. A place to JUST BE. Our vision is to create a world where everyone can live in peace and harmony, while embracing who we are as individuals. We believe that Just Do You has the power to bring people together and to heal the divisions that so often tear us apart both inside and outside the institution of church.
Just Do You: The Movement was founded to be a safe haven for people to come and be themselves without feeling the pressures of life expectations and judgement. Our goal is to be a defining moment in a person’s life for key transformation whether it be from spiritual guidance, to resources, or simply being present. We rise to the challenge of offering positive life changes with an emphasis on youth development and helping people heal through the hurts of church to come back to God.
Our community is made up of people from all walks of life, united by a shared faith and a desire to make the world a better place. We believe that everyone has something to offer and something to learn, and that by working together, we can achieve great things for God's glory.
At JDY: The Movement, we believe in the importance of embracing, discovering, and being. We strive to embody these principles in everything we do, and we encourage others to do the same. We believe that by treating others with love and understanding, we can create a better world for all and not just be stationary in the four walls of a building. We are a MOVEMENT after all.
Victoria L. Woods (Tori-Lu) was a light to be around. The epitome of love, laughter, and authentic sisterhood and friendship. We not only lost a board member, we lost a true sister. Her memory will live on and Just Do You will continue to honor the beauty and essence of who she was....and forever is. Tori-Lu, although you had so much more life left to live, we celebrate knowing that you are with the Father. We love you forever. Job well done Tori. 💚💚
